The February Challenge—SO EASY!

This is the best challenge ever because it is SOOOOOO easy! Every week for the entire month of February there will be a drawing for a $5 Gift Certificate (Friday—Feb 8, 15, 22, 29). What do you have to do to enter the drawing? All you have to do is POST LAYOUTS! For every layout you have posted, your name will be entered once into the drawing (so put up 3 layouts, your name goes in three times).

The best part is that all the names stay IN the random drawing from week to week (so if you put 2 layouts in the first week, your name could still get drawn the third week , even if you haven't posted more layouts). Of course, the more layouts, the better chance you have of getting drawn.

Please post all of your layouts under—Digi Nirvana Member Gallery. If you want to put your personal layouts in a family album that you have created in the gallery, that's okay too. You may also upload the layouts twice (will only be counted once) to place them both in your personal album and the Digi Nirvana Member Gallery.

The winners will be announced on the Blog on Fridays (Your gallery screen name will be used). Layouts posted as of FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 1st will be counted into this challenge. Good luck!

I am big into names and their meaning, so I decided to challenge all of you to use Carina's items to create a layout about a name (yours, your child's or spouse, or whoever) and what their name means. Also, tell us how they got their name and if they fit their name meaning.

Design Focus: Try something new (let us know what you tried!) I've wanted to try stringing ribbon through letters for a little while now, and finally decided to give it a try!

We had your name chosen a year before we found out we were pregnant. We actually stayed up until 2am talking about names and when we finally came up with "Audrey Nicole" we knew it was the perfect name. I was so excited when you were born and you were a girl! I was able to use this beautiful name. Even more so than how beautiful it sounded, was the meaning "noble strength" and "people's victory". We also asked your Grandma Linda to give us a list of Chinese names, and we chose "Lee Pei" from that list, meaning "beautiful" and "precious". It fits you so well and expresses perfectly what we feel when we admire you. One of our hopes is that you will have noble strength and victory in your life as you are already so beautiful and precious to us. We love you so much, our perfect little baby girl.

Welcome to the Grand Opening of your soon to be favorite scrapbook store, Digi Nirvana!I am Michele and I am Creatively Obsessed. I will be hosting the monthly Double Digi Challenge and I am so glad you decided to join me.

The main focus of this monthly challenge will always be to create two page layouts. When browsing through my scrapbooks, I prefer my pages to coordinate. (Even if the events are not related.) I feel that this is more pleasing to the eye. Some months, I might pick a theme, or a kit to use. Others I may say I want you to scrapbook two coordinating layouts of unrelated events. There are so many possibilities; you never know what I might pick!

I decided the first Double Digi Challenge should be EASY but FUN.

With Holiday season behind us, I know you have a lot of special memories to scrapbook. So, this month, using only this FREE kit, I want you to create a 2 page layout about your special holiday memories.

Each participant will receive Quick Pages of the layouts I created for this challenge! One lucky winner will be chosen at random to win a $5 gift certificate to the Digi Nirvana Store!

A Preview of the Calendar for NIRVANA GO!

Yes, yes, I know there is hardly anything on this calendar! There will be frequent updates to this calendar so check back often! Plus, December 1st the Calendar will be on the HOME page of digi nirvana and you will be able to click on the goodies to get larger images of the kits and accesories.

What is the NIRVANA GO SALE, you ask? It is the HUGE grand opening (GO) event. Everyday, a new product will be released for only $1.00 on its opening day! After the first day, it will go back to its normal price.

Basically, you could show up everyday at digi nirvana and buy $31.00 worth of kits and accessories usually priced between $6.50 and $2.00. It's a great deal so don't miss it!

Great Shopping Preview

Thanks for a great shopping preview everyone! I'll have digi nirvana down until January 1st so I can get some GREAT stuff together for the Grand Opening. However, it's not going to be so GRAND unless you tell everyone about it!

The biggest event is going to be a new product released EVERY DAY the whole month of January! And on the day it's released, it will be $1.00! It's a great deal for anyone who wants to beef up their digital scrapbooking supplies. So get the word out!

How do you get your layouts done?

So one thing that I have been grappling with since opening the store for the shopping preview is finding time to actually make MY OWN digital scrapbook layouts. For all the moms out there, I'm interested to know when you get your layouts done. Do you do it at night when your kids are asleep. Do you sneak it in during a baby nap?

Right now I have been making one everytime I make a kit...it's a start. That's usually at night when both of my girls are down. I need an extra hour everyday...anyone else vote to upgrade the day to 25 hours?

I'm so excited about this new blog! It should be a great place for everyone to make comments about the site and products. Right now the shopping preview is going on! The whole store is 25% off! It ends November 10th, after which the store will be shut down again until January 1st—OUR GRAND OPENING!

I am going to be having some REALLY exciting specials that month. The biggest will be a new product coming out EVERY DAY for the entire month of January. The day the product is released it will only be $1.00 {for that day only}!
